With a laser-like focus on strategy and impact, and a strong “servant-leader” orientation, he has pioneered the successful use of dialogue-based and participatory tools in communities and organizations of all sizes. A multi-award-winning process designer, engagement practitioner, and meeting facilitator, Vince helps teams work through all the issues and opportunities, building positive momentum and driving innovation.
Emphasizing relationships and collaboration, he has worked extensively with all levels of government, a range of non-profit agencies, private firms, universities, health authorities and community groups. Health, education, social services, economic development, knowledge translation, social equity, inclusion and diversity, sustainability, international development, and green city planning are among his knowledge areas.
Vince is a very strong writer, public speaker, trainer, educator and policy analyst, with a special focus on building client capacity in digital forms of engagement. He has founded four successful consulting firms and an adult education certificate program at SFU, always linking internal strategy and external engagement for purpose-based initiatives.
